Anxiety
Anxiety Disorders are a crippling condition when anxiety isn't "just normal".
Panic Disorder
Panic Disorder or a Panic Attack causes a person to experience symptoms that can sometimes be confused with having a heart attack. Chest pains, pounding heart, shortness of breath, cold sweats, all can be a part of a panic attack.
Some other symptoms of a panic attack are:
- feeling of impending doom
- feeling out of control
- trembling
- tingling

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
Everything might look fine on the surface but inside you are feeling some or all of the following:
- wound up, on edge
- difficulty concentrating
- getting irritated easily
- headaches, stomachaches, other unexplained pain
- sleep problems
- run out of energy quickly

Social Anxiety Disorder
Previously called social phobia, Social Anxiety Disorder causes people to have an intense amount of fear being in social or performance situations.
This anxiety disorder can be experienced in a large variety of social settings such as the workplace or school environments. This can cause a person to avoid social situations that would otherwise benefit them.

Phobia-related Disorders
A phobia is an intense fear of or aversion to any specific object or situation.
People can develop a phobia disorder towards almost anything, often rooted in childhood trauma or even have generational roots.
Specific Phobias which can be simply called "phobias" commonly include:
- Heights
- Specific animals such as spiders, dogs or snakes
- Needles
- Blood
- Water
- Tight places
The List is nearly endless. If you find yourself, or someone you know, taking steps to avoid the feared object or situation; experience immediate intense fear when encountering the object or situation; have to endure with intense anxiety unavoidable objects and situations, there is hope. Treatment can help, freedom can be experienced!
